Get to know Stacy
- Outside of work: cheering on her three teenagers through sports, school, and jobs, and being outdoors any way she can, whether that’s poolside, gardening, or exercising
- Morning drink: black coffee mixed into her morning protein shake
- Current food obsession: lemon garlic kale salad, and anything dark chocolate
- If she were a vegetable: a sweet potato. Flexible, dependable, naturally nourishing, and fits into almost any style of eating without needing to be perfect.
- Fun fact: She has zero social media, and a concrete goose named Mona that she loves.
Stacy helps people make slow, steady changes that actually last, without giving up the foods they love.
Stacy has always loved food, not just for how it nourishes us but for how it connects us emotionally, socially, and culturally. When she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in high school, working with a dietitian changed her life. That dietitian helped her keep enjoying the parts of food she loved, with more knowledge and intention. It inspired Stacy to do the same for others.
Today she brings that experience to clients of all ages, with a special passion for diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, weight concerns, and healing your relationship with food. She has particular expertise in Mediterranean-style and anti-inflammatory eating. Outside her client work, she volunteers in the community and supports athletes.
Stacy is a big believer in the “snail approach”: slow, steady progress that leads to lasting change. She starts by getting to know your habits, schedule, health history, and everything that shapes your relationship with food. Then you’ll set realistic goals together and build on what you already do, instead of overhauling everything at once. She doesn’t label foods “good” or “bad,” and yes, even processed foods can fit into a balanced, flexible way of eating.
She was drawn to Dietitian Group to work alongside like-minded dietitians and for the freedom to focus on each client’s unique needs rather than strict protocols. After your first session, she wants you to feel heard, less overwhelmed, and hopeful, with a few doable next steps and the confidence that you’re not doing this alone.
“Working with me is like having a calm, supportive guide in your corner while you figure out what actually works for your life, not someone handing you a rigid rulebook.”
