Do Dietitians Make Meal Plans?

During your session, you will take an assessment created by your registered dietitian. During this time, it will be vital to note your eating habits and how potential intolerances, medical conditions, future goals, and nutritional needs affect them. For those using food for weight loss, a registered dietitian can also include this in your plan. They’ll follow up at each visit to make sure weight loss is occurring in a healthy, sustainable way.

During your consultation, your dietitian will use your current information to create a customized meal plan to introduce new food groups and healthy recipes for you to enjoy that maximizes nutritional intake.
