1 (10.8-ounce)packageBirds Eye Asian Medley frozen vegetables
2tbsplow sodium soy sauceor coconut aminos
2eggslightly beaten and scrambled
2cupscubed cooked chicken or shrimp
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet/wok and cook garlic and ginger over medium heat 1 minute. Add Riced Cauliflower Medley and Asian Medley frozen vegetables and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in soy sauce and cook 1 minute.
In the same pan, add in eggs, stir until scrambled, about 1-2 minutes.
