Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Combine the frozen berries and sugar-free pancake syrup in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave the mixture on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the berries are warmed through and starting to release their juices.
  • After microwaving, stir the mixture well to combine the berries and syrup.
    If you prefer a smoother texture, you can lightly mash the berries with a fork.
