Protein-Packed Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Lilly's Baking Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until well combined
- Place bowl of "dough" in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to set
- Bring dough out of the fridge and roll into balls, about 1 tablespoon in size.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
- For this recipe, we used the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor of Gold Standard Whey protein powder.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the refrigerator, or 1 month in the freezer.
